Dravidian University has a formal alumni association known as Dravidian University Alumni Association (DUAA) which is managed by Executive Body with representatives from different departments of the University. In Dravidian University, it is a strong belief that the Alumni are the generosity diplomats of the University. The DUAA aim is that, to promoting and inspiring cordial and fertile relations amongst members of the Alumni association and strive for mutual growth, achievement and advancement in various fields.
The University also considers its alumnis feedback in various academic, infrastructural and co-curricular activities. The University runs a separate cell to co-ordinate with its passed out students and organizes on-campus as well as off-campus Alumni Meets on a regular basis. The alumni, students, employers and the University together are committed to build mutually beneficial and enduring relationships and serve the society in every way possible.

was registered under the Andhra Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2001
and the Registration Number is 79 of 2021.

3. Aims and Objectives
The aims and objectives of the Association shall be:
To bring the old students of Dravidian University, Kuppam under one forum
for exchange of experience, dissemination of knowledge and talents
amongst its members and also for the furtherance of fellowship and
advancement of scientific knowledge.
To conduct seminars, conferences, workshops, endowment lectures and
other academic activities and also to keep in touch with University
faculty, non-teaching staff and students.
To create and establish Alumni endowments for granting scholarships,
prizes and medals to students showing high proficiency in their studies
and to honour former students of the University.
To advise and interact with State and Central Government bodies,
Universities and Associations of other academic institutions on matters
relating to the promotion of higher education, training and management
systems and thereby promote the welfare and status of the University.
To collect funds by subscriptions, contributions, donations and gifts
from members, non-members, Governments, Universities and other
institutions and philanthropists for the furtherance of the above
objectives.
To render financial aid to deserving poor students studying at the
University.
To render financial aid to deserving alumni in cases of extreme
compassionate circumstances.
To bring out magazines, souvenirs and newsletters highlighting the
activities of the University and its Alumni.
To organize cultural and educational programmes and also to conduct
Alumni Day celebrations every year.
To help Alumni to get advice from the University on various technical
problems and job opportunities they may come across in their professional
and personal lives.
To carry out such other activities as may be necessary for furthering
the above aims and objectives.
4. Members
The Association shall consist of the following persons as its members:
All UG, PG and Ph.D. graduates of the University (regular mode) on payment
of an annual membership fee of Rs.100/- or Life Membership
fee of Rs.1500/-.
Any student / Research Scholar who pays the annual subscription of
Rs.100/- during his/her study in the University shall be
considered a student member of the Association and will automatically
become a member after passing out, with the amount paid treated as the
annual membership fee for the first year.
